Just login to your account on the PM app then to Account tab. There will show your name, account number, telephone number and when you activated your account.

Porting out? usually you can easily get the account number from My Account, Profile page
But since you cannot login, you will need to ask support agent's help. Please message them and ask:

@Alex123321 did you try to send code to email? Didnt get code? Send code to email. Once signed in on Profile page you have to hover your mouse at the account number for full numbers to show.
If still not working, you have to click on the link below to message public mobile agents directly for assistance.
