My Account isn't giving me account number

Trying to port to Telus as they are giving a good deal for a new device - i login to my self serve and it doesnt have a profile appear with my account number - I've been with public for years now, and i've never had an issue. Is the site down?

It wont let me get to the screen - i dont think i'm actively linked - for some weird reason

Account number is at Profile:

Click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye and account will be revealed.

yah its literally saying to continue my activation - i am activated and have service! 

@elleruss your login is currently not properly linked up with your My Account.  Please open ticket with support for the account number then

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Yah that would be easy if it lets me have any of those optiosn when i login it says "continue activation" or "login page"

no other options 

@elleruss check the screenshot below for account number ( sorry it was for something else but you can see Account number on top right, under Account name and Alternate phone number)

The profile page - DOES NOT have an account number showing - just verified email/name etc
