I cannot log into my account. My phone is now on sos mode and I’m unable to make calls and haven’t been able to for months.

I messaged them I just really hate to get a SIM card again sucks when you try to juggle 4 different accounts

if it says cannot find your number, your account was closed
when was the last time you pay and last able to use the phone?
You can message support and see if they can do anything. But at best, you have to buy a new sim card to start a new account and ask them to reassign you back the number

So, it found the account but just saying suspended? If that is the case, you can then just make a manual payment. If you know the 4 digits pin, you can call the number back and make a payment on the phone
But if you do not remember the 4 digits pin, since you have no access to My Account, it is best to message support for help to get back into My Account

did you try reboot your phone? you try using your phone in another places?
test your sim card in another phone

when was the last time you were able to use the phone? if you have not been able to use the phone and not pay for 90 days, your account would have been closed
call 1.855.4PUBLIC , enter 1 for English and your phone number, what the recording tells you? If it cannot find your account, then your account was already closed
