My 2 GB bonus cannot be activate

I saw the promotion 2GB bonus  for the new arrival on PM and I'm new so I tried to get it but I can't,  then I would like to know why I can't get it ?

cannot enter the code during my opening account and now I dont know how to get it because the account is already open since yesterday.

yes I active my account yesterday and didn't work for me

There are a few 2GB data promos, they have different conditions. Did your plan meet the one you entered?

@DPhares Did you already activate and do not see the 2GB on your My Account?  If so, that could take up to 2 business day for PM to add to your account

 

Or you cannot enter the code during activation?

 

If you have entered the code during activation without problem, waited 2 days and still don't see the 2GB on your account , under My Promotion section, please open a ticket with PM Support

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
