PM charged (withdrew from my bank account) twice this month.
1) how can I get refund for the extra charge.
2) how to avoid the incidence to happen again.
note: after I successfully logged in my account, I m asked to “complete activation” but I have been using PM since March 2024. Also, I can not access to details in my account after logging in.
please help. Thanks.

did you make a manual plan change ?
and maybe one of the two just a pending charge?
