Moving an account to Koodo before renewal date but funds already charged to CC

Hi there,

 

I am in the process of setting up a new account with Koodo and am going to use my Public number. The renewal date is the 7th, but funds were already charged on the 1st. I would like to have the funds refunded so that I can move the number without paying for the coming month's Public service. If someone could please help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

@blairkrupchyn If your renewal is on 7th, no way the system charged you on the 1st. Please double check the renewal date. Your plan is probably renewed already.

Since PM bills every 30 days, to do a complete explanation of causes of renewal date to change, it is because not every month has 30 days as some months have 31 days, 28 days and 29 days.

There are no refunds with Public Mobile. It is a prepaid service.

@blairkrupchyn did you login to My account and confirm the renewal date?? PM is running on 30 days cycle and the renewal date moves after a 31 days month.  

 

PM is prepaid and no refund..maybe you can setup your Koodo account later so you won't loss money?
