Have a SIM purchased and being used in an iphone and want to move it to an android phone. will I have problems with the PM network?

Easy enough. Just move new sim to Android phone if it's compatible. Check first. Most new phones likely are.

The iPhone have you been using it on Public Mobile? It's as simple as taking the sim out of the iPhone and putting it in your new phone.
If you are a new client. You have to activate the sim card. But ensure android is compatible with PM network.
What's the android and is it unlocked? Ensure its bands /frequency work on public mobile.

@jimidee , this should not be a problem. Make sure the phone is unlocked and compatible with the network.
