Going forward it will be easier if you you manually pay for your upcoming renewal as you will be presented with the option to download your invoice. This is the only time you are given the option and will save you the time and hassle of requesting invoices after the fact from customer support. Here is an axample of what you will recieve....
It will include your name, address, phone number and account #.

yes, you can open ticket with PM Support for them to prepare you official invoice. But please note it can take 2 weeks for them to preapre, so, it is better to request couple months at a time

To open ticket with PM Support:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
