What is the process to return phone?

Most importantly send a private message or submit a ticket via SIMon to customer support within the 30 dates since purchase to return your phone "hassle-free". Include your name, email used for the order, shipping address and order #. The CPO Phone department will send you a return shipping envelope to return the phone, accesories and original packaging in. Keep in mind the CPO department once they recieve your info for customer support does not have the same response time frame as customer support so don't worry if it takes a little longer for them to reply to your request. As long as you make the request to return the phone within 30 days you're OK.

You will need contact a CS_Agent along with your order number. They can be contact by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.
You have a 30 days warranty for a refund or exchange.

If longer than 30 days to 1 year, you can have it repaired at a Telus store.
