I'm having trouble logging into my Public Mobile account.
It's been a long time since I've logged in and it looks like it's a new system on TELUS now?
I am positive the email address and password are correct.
I have even tried to reset the password.
Log in always fails and shows "System error. Please try again."

Same thing is happening to me right now. Tried from multiple browsers, incognito. Same error "System error. Please try again."
Seems totally broken...
I've tried at least 30 times in the last 40 minutes. No bueno.

I got system error. I tried a few more times and it worked.

There's probably maintenance going on with the system right now.
Sometimes it only lasts a short while, though.

….I logged out and tried to log in again using chrome and it is now giving me the same error.

I've tried Chrome and Firefox, both normally and in incognito.
I'll try again tomorrow I suppose. Seems like they are experiencing some issues.

You might want to try later. I am getting the same error as you with Firefox and with chrome in incognito it logs me in but just an animation trying to load.
Edit: After refreshing page a few times….account page finished loading in chrome

Try using another browser in incognito mode or private mode.
You can also try logging in using another device like computer, laptop or mobile phone.
