You have to go into your account and download it yourself. This is a self serve service.
Log into your account, go to PAYMENTS on the left side, then click on PAYMENT HISTORY in the Estimated Payment box.... Then click on Download on the right side. Easy as that.
You CAN however reach out to a CS Agent and ask for the last 12 months of invoices by creating a ticket.
