Hi,
I need to change my self-serve account email address. I know I need to submit a ticket to the moderator in order to get that going. So I used the Simon Chatbot and then when I click the link to submit a ticket it sends me to a page where I need to login in with my community credentials, (the same credentials I am logged into right now in order to write this). But it says my login is invalid. So I cannot proceed with my ticket request. Can a moderator please meet me here to help me?
Like I said my credentials work in order to get to this page, but when I use the same ones for submitting the ticket the system won't let me do it. Needless to say this has been frustrating. If you are a moderator please reach out.
