Mobile plan

I have had a mobile plan for last couple of months. I always paid it via autopayment from my credit card. This month, it seemed there was a problem with autopayment. I want to pay it and have the same plan as I had before. But it doesn’t exist. How can you help me?

@Ghazall  Yes it will , also there’s. 20GB for $39 with no expiry plan right now that may have better long term value to you

Yes i have this plan. Thanks so much . Because i didnt find any promocode section to put the code there and pay less. It is 61 now including tax and is somehow doubled.
do you think that 20 will be retuned in my credit card?

@Ghazall   The $20 will be back to your PM's My Account as Available Fund.  it will be there and will be used for next renewal  So, together with the $20 from your next renewal, your next month will be paying $15  only

@Ghazall   is that the $55 plan with $20 discount?

If it is that plan, since Automatic pay failed, you need to first pay the full $55, plan amount.  PM system will credit you back $20 after.   The credit can be used for renewal later

@Ghazall  when payment is not made because auto pay failed or you suspend your account you have 90 days to reactivate on the same plan before it’s closed out and gone for good

HI @Ghazall   Autopay could failed, but you just need top manually pay to resume service

You can

1. call *611 to make a manual payment if you know the 4 digits pin

2. login My account and  make a manual payment there

In terms of your plan, no need to worry, you still have it. You can confirm what plan you have in My Account, go to Subscription & add-on tab, it will show your plan
