Mistakenly added on UK Package

Hello, this morning I accidentally added on the UK package on my account and was charged $225. Can you please refund me and remove this add on?

Ugh, screenshot please. I don't see how you were charged $225 unless you bought the add-on 15 times.

the UK add-on is $15 + tax....how in the world did you rack up a $225 bill ? Follow suggestion by softech...I'm confident they'll do something for you.

PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund
