My phone was blocked by Bell awhile ago (reported stollen and found). It now works with a Bell sim but shows SOS with Public Mobile Sim. How do I get Public Mobile to sync up and unblock the IMEI? Ok

Bell unblocked just over an hour ago and works with a Bell sim. I checked the site you sent and it still shows lost or stolen
Any ideas? Does this process take awhile?

did it ask for a PUK code? if it is asking that, you need to call Bell for an unlock code

it should be asking you a code instead of SOS.
Check if your phone is blacklisted first

if it is clean, test with a Bell sim again if possible
and you likely need to ask Bell for a carrier unlock code
