Missing promo code

Hi, I have activated my card last night but forgot to use promo code 12MONTH2GB. Is there any way i can still add it?

@Community_QA  Chat Bubble has been missing for nearly a week now, gone on vacation or something.

Direction to where hairbag1 seems logical though - the Get Help area. 🙂

But, aren't we help...I guess, just not that kind of help that is needed in this case.

Seems to be missing. doesn't it. Go to the top of this page and click Get Help / Chat with Simon instead.
