my usage says 17 minutes used but my account status stated all minutes used, what’s happening

Will PM ever going to fix this? Incognito mode, refresh button all good ways to solve, but why not to fix the problem?

Log back into the "My Account" portal, click the little cicrular arrow icon in the bottom right corner of the "Plan Usage" section, and see if it refreshes to show a more up-to-date value:

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to see if information updates.

Your usage on your phone may not match the 30 days Public mobile billing cycle.
The website has been finicky recently. Maybe try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
