my card block due to payment issue  how can solve?

If your account was suspended for less than 90 days. Just login to your account and continue payment.

If non-payment was longer than 90 days, your account will be closed, SIM is dead and your number will be lost.

With a little more details about your issue. Was your card compromised? Did you do a charge back? Did you attempt payment more than 5 times resulting in a fraud lock that needs to be removed by customer support? Did you attempt two failed payments that require you wait out one full hour before trying again?

Go to Shell Gas or Walmart and get enuff payment vouchers to renew your plan...then dial 611 to add them to your account.

Make sure your sim isn't Suspended for longer than 89 days...at day 90, that account and sim are deactivated permanently.
