Missing bonus rewards points from April

@CS_Agent Hello, I am missing my 15% bonus rewards point from April, I have got them every month before that and every month after. I tried to submit a ticket but it’s giving me an error or else gets stuck on loading and eventually turns to an error. Thanks in advance

Did you use any Points or Redeem any Bill credits to help contribute towards the April bill? 

For example: if you pay your bill with all redeemed Points, you won't be eligible for Points back since that cycle was already a reward in of itself.

No I joined on Black Friday and have received them every other month since just noticed today it randomly didn’t apply the bonus that one month
