Hello, I just transfered my number (or so I believe...) and activated by eSIM. When I try to make a call I get " the last line is no longer available" message. I got the text from Virgin to transfer the number and I believe it went well. I have an Iphone. Not sure what is going on, or what this means?

Does your Virgin SIM Card still work and have reception when you put it back into your phone?

@jvj There’s a number for live support to give status update on port or re trigger it if needed . Will send you private message to get it fixed
