I am being charged for a phone service that I have not been using for several months!

Do you have an Active Public Mobile Account, if so have you suspended service or turned off Pre-Authorized Payments within the 'My Account' Payment Settings?
Or have you left Public Mobile, ported to another Provider closing your Public Account, yet you still get a Bill from Public Mobile?
Please provide a little more context.

I could not reach anyone I called many places! No help, I am 73 years old and don’t have money to burn! I need my refund and please stop charging my master card!

@Khala Did you port your number out or turn off auto pay how did you cancel your services . Reach out to support to get figured out
