Missing Subscribed Plan during Activation

I have subscribed to the $40 for 60GB 50% off plan on Sunday.  Paid for it and ordered the physical sim card.  I am trying to activate it today but I need to select a plan all over again.  The plan I already paid for no longer exists.

How do I proceed?

If people can't log into their account, they can't use the chatbot. That link offered states that if the chatbot can't resolve the issue, you can submit a ticket "here". But the "here" just goes back to the chatbot all over again. Even if you type submit a ticket, it asks you to log in, and if you can't log in, it just goes round in circles. And because the OP's account and email aren't connected, she can't use the chatbot. This has been an issue since the chatbot came years ago and I'm still shocked that PM still hasn't fixed that issue with the link, let alone fixed the chatbot where you can actually create a ticket without logging in. Oh well, life goes on.

What do you mean exactly? @samsunga31 I have used this before. You click the link, then click option 4. The chatbot opens. Click "Contact Us," select your reason, then log in, and then click "Submit a Ticket." Fill in the info and submit it. Are you trying to say there are too many steps involved, lol, or that the ticket never gets sent? Because I used this exact same method to send a ticket the first day I got PM for an issue I was having. It took a little while, but someone ended up responding

Just a heads up @DarkKnight_1000 , nobody recommends that link because option 4 just gives you the complete run around.

4. If the chatbot can’t resolve your issue, you'll have the option to submit a ticket to a Customer Support Agent here.

Customers and Oracles have told PM to fix this and they refuse. That link just sends you back to the AI bot over and over again. Visious circle!

Not a big deal @ChloeLam . It just means your email and account are connected. You just need to contact a customer service agent to fix that. Just note, it may take sevearl days to reply to fix it.

You are logged in to your account on the public mobile app correct because if so you should see it however if you dont than you should open a ticket
