I was told by a Public Mobile agent that my eSIM should have been free since it is a new activation. I was charged $5 when I subscribed. I cannot get an answer from anyone, either chat or customer service support.

This is what I was told by a Public Mobile Agent during our chat …….
“that is a good one, once the activation process is complete you can reach us bac here so our support agents can credit the $5 for the eSim since it is supposed to be $0 for brand new activations”

first time eSIM is not free
it is only free for replacement, but with limitation still. It is only free for replacement esim if the last one bought was 15 days ago or more
