I made 3 referrals & was texted that $3, would be applied to my account this month. But I only had my $2 auto-pay. I think I should have had , a total of $5, deducted. I’ve tried multiple times to create a ticket, without success. A bit disappointed.

From reading the above would it not also be a good idea to keep records of your referrals by xxx-xxx-1234 along with whatever other information you have about your friend? I verify this information monthly to my account and this process also will allow you to update your records if some one changed their number too.

If you choose the private message option put missing rewards in the subject line and describe your issue in detail. Include the following in your message:
If you include all the necessary information there will be less need to message back and forth. The moderator will likely be able resolve the issue your having without needing to message first. Ask for a review link once your finished to rate your customer service experience.
Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times. Currently response times are longer than the usual 2 hours averaging between 4 and 8 hours depending on your issue and could take up to 48 hours.

When you look at your rewards section, and click on the down arrow to see if your referees are showing.
If they are not showing, then the people you referred are going to have to contact he moderators to make sure it was your referral code that was used.
If you do see their numbers above, then submit a ticket to the moderators.

Can you check self service under rewards to confirm that you have 3 referral phone numbers listed. Their last 4 digits will be displayed.

Log into your account to see if the referrals appear. PM did a clean up so if the people you referred no longer have an active account then you would lose the referral award. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.
