Hello, my data has completely failed to function for 3 months. My self-service portal dashboard displays '0/0 MB used'. Calls and texts work, but my actual data bucket is missing from the network backend. Please manually re-provision and reset my SIM data bucket to match my active plan.

what phone do you have?
you sure mobile data is enabled?
did you try Reboot phone and Reset network settings?
and if physical sim, test on another phone
if you need PM to check and re-provision the account, you will need to send proper ticket.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
