I messed up my number port from koodo. Now my koodo account is closed. And neither sim card koodo or piblic mobile is working. Can some one help.

Koodo belongs to Telus so if you missed porting SMS contact PM agent and they will advise what you should do.

@steve9566 Have you tried rebooting the phone or toggling airplane mode on/off?
Or did you forget to respond to the transfer port text within 90 minutes window? I'll private message the Telus porting # and they will request Koodo resubmit the port request again, so keep the old SIM in your phone until you've responded to the transfer text with a YES.
Luckily it won't matter if your Koodo account is closed as long as it was recent since Telus is the parent company of both Koodo and PM. Please check your message box top right for the Telus #.
