if you have 2 lines with Public Mobile, you would have 2 different email addresses (as PM login is one email for one account/phone number)

My number still not showing under my profile under incognito mode. I cant make the outstanding payment until the system release my number which I could click on and pay. By the way, I have two lines with public mobile. One line is active and still showing under my profile. Other isn't which is ### ### ####

Please use My Account to make a payment. First login My Account using browser with Incognito mode. Once logged in, click the button "Pay and Resume services now"
