I missed my autopay yesterday and I think I paid this morning but it doesnt appear to have gone through. Can I get some help.

You can try this..Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.

Log in to My Account to see if your account is Active or Suspended. Let us know how you make out.
