Yeah, I have a simple solution....switch to a more reliable service provider

Hello @Ozwall 

I would recommend going into your network settings and reset your network and then reboot. I'd also look into your network settings and turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile and then reboot. In theory this may resolve the issue. If not, I'd suggest coming back and clicking on the little chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page and create a ticket for a tech to help figure out what's happening.

Did you port in your phone #? Has this been the case since activation? Or has this occurred after one of your renewals? Has your phone # changed ?

@Ozwall, have you been having this problem since transferring in your number from another carrier? Are you able to call out? If yes to all of the above it sounds like something went wrong with the number porting. Open a ticket by clicking on the round orange icon at the bottom right
