Hi dear
I missed my rewards in my this month bill it should be reduced to 22$ but now is 28$
it really disappointed me as I got 2$ rewards for auto pay as well as 1$ for referring a friend.
what should I do now?

@Sima2365 if you were an active customer before the new rewards program started on January 25th, 2022, and you never Opted In for the new rewards system, then you are entitled to those missing rewards (if all still applies).
It is possible you were charged the full $25 plus taxes without your rewards credited on your last renewal.
Contact Customer Support (CSA) to have the missing reward amounts applied to your Available Funds balance if this is your case, and let them know what happened.

As mentioned by @computergeek541 if you used the lost/stolen feature in your account it causes a glitch of your rewards not applying upon renewal. Check your transaction history for this and if that is the case then contact customer support to apply them manually. Hopefully you did not fall for the poor messaging by pm and joined the points program by mistake. If this is the case it is non reversible and you are stuck on the points program requiring you to save up points in order to redeem them.

@Sima2365 May I know when you joined PM? As of Jan 25, all new customers will be on the new reward systems. Or if you joined before, any chance you chose to switch to the new point system?
On the new system , the $2 Autopay reward is now replaced by the 5% points return on Public Points. All friend referrals will be on points. Member need to accumulate to 15 points and redeem them for $15 bill credit
If you are unsure which system you are on, login to My Rewards sites, if it shows you $ value, you are still on the old one. On the other hand, if it shows points, you are on the new

At any time was your service suspended over the last billing period? That would have caused loss of the rewards for the most recent renewal. The roughly $28 would be because you need to pay tax on top of the $25 plan fee.
