I tried to make a call today but my phone says I have exhausted my minutes. Well I have unlimited minutes so I don’t know why this is happening!
My iPhone Notification Centre also keeps telling me to reinsert sim to keep using my phone number for iMessage and FaceTime but it’s an eSIM.
Finally, the support ticket option does not work, just a 404 error code. And the direct message option some agents have provided in other posts does not work either.
Why is eveything so hard with public, I just want to talk to someone when there are issues and it seems impossible. I’m going to switch because there are so many problems with this service and it's so frustrating with no one to help!

Correct, ticketing does not work...
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
