Hi,
I updated my subscription mid-cycle and was immediately billed. However, I was only two days into a new cycle. I'm essentially paying twice this month.
Is there anyway to recover unused days paid from my previous subscription?
Thanks.

Ticket submitted and will be closed shortly as they're unwilling to do anything for me. I just get the standard policy that unused portions are non-refundable; which I do understand. However, it is confusing to be given the option to make new subscriptions effective immediately or wait until next cycle as promo subscription offerings are time sensitive. Having the option to wait leads me to think I might miss the promo. Language could be clearer on exactly what will happen when submitted. Even a dialogue to say new amount will be billed immediately to compliment the non-refundable remaining amount.
Anyway, that's my update and 2 cents.

HI @DavidChin
when you make the plan change, there were 2 options, Change Now and Change on Renewal.
You have picked the wrong one, you picked Change Now and allows PM to charge you new plan and start new one immediately. You should have used the other one
If you just made the change now, ask CS agent and see if they can do anything, they might. lease submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
