My online account confirms an active account, but when I make a call I get the aforemementioned message.
I just added 15-US roaming on the account and the account payment is up to date, any ideas??

Yup, it looks like you bought roaming. Are you going to the states shortly? Or as I asked, are you trying to call the US. If you got the more is merrier freebies then you can use those minutes. Or you would need to buy the 1000 minute add-on. But those roaming add-ons are only used when in the states.

@Waxie72 yes , you got the roaming add-ons
does phone reboot help? If not, either try to reseat the sim card , or test your PM sim card in another phone to test.
make sure you see the phone connected to PM

@Waxie72 just to confirm, you need the US roaming add-on for your trip? The 15 days expiry countdown already started started when the add-on purchase was made successfully

Do you mean the 1000 minute US calling? Or did you mistakenly buy the US roaming?

No still in Canada. Roaming is off. I'll restart the phone to see if that works

does the account show clearly the roaming add-on is there??
if you just add the roaming add-on , try reboot the phone once
