If you are having problems connecting to your mobile data services, try one of the following steps to restore data:
In many cases, these steps will restore your connection temporarily at least. Until the issue is resolved, you may need to repeat them periodically.
Rest assured, our internal team is working to get this resolved as soon as possible and we’ll share any updates when we have them here.

Persistent issue began May 25th in southern ontario. I’ll restart my phone to get data, then after about ten minutes I have no data again and have to restart my phone again. Your customers should be getting some compensation considering how much we pay for poor service.

I am in Norfolk county ON, I have been having issues since Monday. I will have no data the second I leave wifi, I restart my phone and data will return but then it disappears again within 20-30 minutes and I have to restart all over again

I have been having issues with my data since May 25th. The Airplane mode solution did not fix my issue.

The issue started 1-2 days ago, I can see I have full bars but no LTE/5G. Airplane mode and turning off my eSIM works temporarily but the issue is persistent. Turning off cellular data in my iPhone settings does not work. I also reset my network settings which worked longer than the airplane mode method but this was still temporary and the issue persists. Located in Cape Breton Nova Scotia

Experiencing same issues Nova scotia. Started morning of May 26. Reboot fixes issue temporarily but reverts back to data issues

Doing the airplane mode and reset connected me back on the Public network. But it is an EXTREMELY slow connection

The toggle airplane mode worked for me. But speed is very slow. Getting 12mbps download. Thanks.
