thing is they wont know until user report outages. it seems like it started out East and then slowly moved towards the west. They were aware and were working on getting things up and running, which within 3 hours is pretty good. There are many posts about this and some instead of reading posts were making new ones. 

I thank all the admins and the workers who got things up and going again. KUDOS to you all 😁

Same issue for me in Manitoba - can't make calls. So is the fix just to wait? I already tried rebooting and nothing.

Unfortunately, it appears that there was some kind of outage. My friend in Toronto, also was unable to use her phone with Public Mobile. Apparently, just a few moments ago, the phone(s) were able to come back on, yet after a prolonged period of no notifications, or cell service at all, that was problematic, and Public Mobile needs to do better to service their clients.

many customers in Man, Ont and points east report same issue today. Public Mobile is aware and rushing to fix asap.

wide spread network upset across all cell providers today. Hopefully it'll be fixed shortly.

Hi everyone hoping to get some help here. I am able to make long distance calls and able to receive incoming calls from sources, but I am NOT able to make outgoing local calls. Has anyone experienced this any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance,

I'm in Newfoundland & Labrador with the same issue.  My problem numbers are two of my frequent contacts.  I have a ticket in.  I followed all the chat suggestions including resetting the network settings.  Same problem.
