I placed this order on November 27. But until now, I haven't received this order.  The system said: the order should arrive in 5 - 10 business day. Thanks.

You can chat with Simon for help,  if Simon can’t help, he would let you open a ticket.

@umts123    Yes, opening ticket with PM support would be the way to go

 

However, Chatbot have problem with sim and CPO order, please message them directly with your order number

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Send a private message to CS_Agent and ask about your order.

 

But if you're a current customer, then you can use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started and then ask about your order.

You'll supposedly get a reply quicker.
