I had to cancel my current credit card (I'm on autopay) and I would like to pay with my debit card.

 

How can I make a payment? Is there someone I could speak with?

You can also purchase vouchers online from recharge.ca

Edit: call the store first to make sure they have Public Mobile vouchers. Some stores charge a fee. I like going to Shoppers Drug Mart.

@Ronila14   you can get vouchers from stores.  Best to get it from Shell/711/SDM as their vouchers can be used immediately

 

When you are at the store, buy the amount you want, like $25 , then they will charge you $25+tax

What you need to do after is to load the voucher by logging into My Account or via *611. There will be a 12 digits code, you just enter it.  Once loaded, you will see $25 on your account as Available Fund and PM will use it towards your next renewal.  Of course, make sure you buy the voucher with an amount enough to cover the plan renewal

 

For *611, it is not a call centre., it is just for you to check your account status and make some simple system change or purchase

I called 611, nobody answers and the call disconnects on itself

@Ronila14   then maybe you have to go with voucher from stores or get a prepaid Visa and add the prepaid Visa  onto the system

You can also use on-line payment voucher from recharge.com or ding.com...both have proved to be quick and honourable services.

Just log into your account and make a payment from there or you can call 611 and make a payment.

@Ronila14   PM support is all online but you can easily do this yourself

 

Just login to My Account, go to Payment page, Manage Payment Method and Update card information

 

There you can enter your debit card

Just in case you encounter any issue, you can also get a voucher from stores like SDM/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

You can update your payment card in self service. These are the only payment card acceptable. You can also pay with vouchers.

 

Remember, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S.
