My payment was due today. Got disconnected this morning, made a payment around 6:30 (2.5 hours ago) and it still isn’t active again. WHY

Go thru automated system and try to see if the credit registered. We just had that issue with a fraud on my card. Changed the numbers on web account and called in just to double check.

System bug. Things you should not need to try, but please do so, before contacting the moderators:
a) reboot your phone
b) login to your self serve account, suspend service under Lost/Stolen phone, logout. Wait 5 minutes login again and unsuspend your SIM.
c) make a 1 time payment of $1.
Nothing works then unfortunately you need assistance from the Moderator Team. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue. Usually they answer within in 24 hours, but can take a few days.
Do not send multiple messages. This increases the queue and adds to the time moderators take to locate all your messages. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi (or on cellular data). Even though I have never needed it in 4 years, it's my backup service for these situations.

@Britt-marie-95 can you see in your self serve account what is your statut?? Your payment was too late...it's better to pay 1 day early..
