Made an error in providing IEMI

I’m trying to transfer over my phone but apparently I made an error with the IEMI number how do I fix that

All fixed by Apple service provider in store.

I have an iPhone …did all the above and still no luck

@Deepi  what phone do you have?

Data is usually APN problem

Reboot first and Try Reset all networks or Reset Network Settings

If iPhone, update the Carrier Profile

If Android, let us know and I will send you the correct APn settings

Thank you! Next issue which he couldn’t help me with is that my data is not working any ideas ?

I would suggest not using IMEI when porting. Use the account number and it should work no problem.

@Deepi provide them account number instead of IMEI

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
