Hello,

 

I wanted to know why my phone number is not working even if the monthly bill was paid. I can't call or receive any phone calls and even my phone data is not working. The bill was paid a few days ago

HI @pascalseba   was your last renewal date on April 1st?  PM had a big issue with renewing account that day.

 

Is My Account showing Active or Suspended ?  

If April 1st was the renewal date, open ticket with PM  CS Agent and let them fix it:

 

 

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@pascalseba   Have tried rebooting the phone or toggling airplane mode on/off?

Been having the exact same problem. This is completely ridiculous, I have not heard anything back from the company despite consistently trying to reach out.
