I referred a friend and they activated their account (and ported their no to PM) but I do not see the referral reflected in my PM acct. My fried did get the $10 from the referral.
How do I get the referral activated for my acct?

It was last Friday, so 7 days today... I contacted CS, thank you for the link.

Hi @cristi001,
When did your friend enter your referral code. Normally, your friend will see their $10 credit before you are able to see yours. You will likely see your $10 credit appear on your next bill. In addition, do you currently see the $1 refer a friend reward? If not, it usually takes a least 3 days for it to show up on your account.

It sometimes takes a while to show up. If after a couple of days it’s still not their then you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

when did your friend activate? your friend would see the $10 within 72 hours, but it will take you longer, could take as many as 7 days from my last experience
if over 7 days, would be easier for your friend to open a ticket with CS agent to sort it out for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
