Hi, I got a weird issue and any help is appreciated. I transferred my Bell account to public mobile with the same phone number, and I'm using Android phone. After my eSim was installed, there's a restarting dialog popping up. And I restart my system and reply the msg of Bell cancellation with Yes to cancel my Bell account. And then I take out my SIM card. The eSim card was activated I can use it correctly without receiving msg from public mobile when I login this app.
And now, my Bell account is still working, and how can I reinitate my transfer to cancel Bell

I'd like to reinitiate my SIM port to Public Mobile. I seemed to have missed the text from my old carrier.

I'm able to call and receive from others, send and receive msgs when I use eSim card without my old Sim card in my phone. But now I turn my eSim card off and insert the old Sim card, it's still working. And only the real Sim card can receive msg from this platform.
