My profile is showing $0 for loyalty and pre-authorized rewards. I had $3 per month loyalty and $2 per month pre-authorized. I did not sign up for the new Rewards program offered earlier this year so I could maintain my existing deductions. Were the old rewards not grandfathered, as the email promised they would be?

@ksmith did you get the $0 for Loyalty and Pre-auth. from My Account? It could be just because the My Account new site not sync up everything yet.
Check My Reward, if it is there, no worry. Just check back on your new payment day

Same with my account. If you login in separately to your rewards page, you should still see the rewards. It was brought up to Public mobile during the beta testing phase that the rewards do not show in your payment profile and bill estimator in the new My Account page.
