I'm on disability, very limited income and REQUIRE a phone by the govt and all other services to have a cell phone.
Am I eligible for reduced fees?
Thanks.

the cheapest plan with talk / text (no data) is $15. No subsidies or reductions available.
You won't find much cheaper unless you use a free voip app such as TextNow. Download the free app, you'll select a free Cdn number. You'll be able to talk / text for free using your local wifi or separately purchased data.

Telus only offer a reduced refurbished phone and plan if you are a senior on limited income.

Sorry nothing for disabilities.
You could get a refurbished phone from Mobile Klinik at 50% off on selected models and download the TextNow app for free calling and texting on wifi.

PM doesn’t have reduced fee for low income people, rogers has those low income plans $25 3GB plus phone., however, Public mobile and other providers has plans less than $25.
Telus has $100 per year unlimited calls and messages without data.
Freedom mobile has $119 per year unlimited callers and message and 15GB per year.
