I want to create an account but I lost my sim card. How could I create an account without receiving text msg, or how could I replace my sim card?

@aminshahsavaran Get a new sim card from store first. Get it from Telus or Koodo stores
Once you have the sim card, you can open ticket with PM Support to do a manual SIM swap for you
(In fact, you might also want to message them now, before you got the new sim card, to ask PM Support to help to put your phone on Lost/Stolen status)
