I swapped my Public Mobile sim card with another one when traveling in Vietnam. I forgot to swap them back when coming back to Canada. Is there any chance I can get a new sim card while keeping the current number?
Thank you.
Jean

I was able to purchase an eSim and activate it with the current phone number. That's the quickest solution and only costs $5 + tax.

If you didn’t want to find/wait for a new physical sim you could sign on the app and purchase an eSIM ($5) and be back on line in a couple minutes.

You can purchase a SIM card from Amazon for $4.99 (https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG/). After receiving it, you will change SIM card number using either the PM app or logging into your account via the website.

@jeandao Yes . Just buy a new SIM card and log in to your account profile page . And swap the SIM card number . If you can’t log into your account get support to sim swap the number for you
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
