Can’t update Visa card

I can’t update my visa card and my son subscription plan was end today

this is one of the hardest thing to do.  If you got in error, you usually have to wait a day or more to try

but have you try to use both browser with Incognito mode and the PM app? try them if you have not try both yet

if you did, then a quick way is to get voucher and pay.  Get it from shops or gas station and load it using *611 or My account

or you can get voucher online from recharge.com for a small fees on top

@bella1231  You may need to wait full 24 hours before trying again incognito mode / private mode , or from the app instead of website or even using a different device . But you can also buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about credit card updating later
