Are you trying to do a password reset to access your self serve account? If you can't remember the security question and answer then contact the moderators. Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen. Type "password reset" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket.
The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for non urgent requests. Current wait times are about one hour and are probably even less as I have had some very quick responses in tne past week.
Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

Security question on my self serve is not letting me into my self serve.
I have lost me phone, sim, ....need new sim and phone
how do I do it

Go to plans & add-ons and you will find it under there

On your selfserve account, click the tab Plans and Add Ons.
From there, Lost/Stolen Phone is the 4th item listed in the bar with the blue background.

@WJSHORTREED14 Did you actually lose your phone or sim card and so you would like to enable that? Or you want to deactivate the account for another reason?

You are able to report your phone lost or stolen in your self service account.
