I lost my phone and so do not have access to the email associated with my account. Nor do I have the phone to receive the 2FA code : ) I bought a SIM and I'm ready to update my account, if I can access it. I've been without my phone for two weeks and need help.

That link is to a bot that does not help me in this situation. I need to turn off 2FA or have this eversafe ID associated to my account. I know my email I know my password. Because of 2FA I cannot complete signing in.

You need to contact customer service. Here is how to create a ticket.
