I lost my phone and can't log in into my Account. I cannot receive the authentication text. I need to update my Account with the new sim card.
Can you help?

try to click on Didn't receive code and then click Send email
if on send email there, then submit a ticket with CS agent to help to update sim card #

Receive it on email.
Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.
By email you will get for sure.
